How long should I expect a massage to be?

Most professional massage therapists ask that you make at least a one-hour appointment for your massage sessions. A half hour really isn't enough time to really work out the knots and the tightness in your muscles. In fact, half hour massages typically only consist of a half-body massage, such as your legs and feet or your neck and shoulders.

A good and productive session usually takes at least one hour to administer a full-body massage. Also, make sure you have time to relax before and after the massage. You don't want to immediately begin without relaxing and it's always a good idea to relax for a few minutes before getting up from a massage.

If you would like to add hours of your massage duration, just inform the receptionist. The therapist will always be ready to serve you.
